           Reference   Case H24-376335

           Symptom: When trying to start a PWR or PWS station
                on XPNET 4.1 the following log message is generated:

           21-12-07;16:04:58.031 \INGX22.$Q5XPB ACI.XPNET.4100 2108
              Station S5B^PWR^AMDP^02 on Line L5B^PWR^AMDP^02
              received an invalid CTS/E response, request 8224, length
              204, vsn , err CTS/E received an invalid request length,
              detail 0, typ operator intervention required.
              Previous STARTING, Current ABNORMAL

           Problem: PWS and PWR weren't using the latest CTS structure
                definitions.

           Change: Modified the structure length check to include
                the latest version.

           Implementation: Replace the existing PWS and/or PWR.

           Dependencies: XPNET 4.1 and newer.
